Ai nostri ospiti offriamo solo i prodotti della nostra azienda quali olio di oliva e verdure dell’orto sinergico o prodotti locali di altissima qualità provenienti da piccolissimi produttori artigianali come i formaggi di una piccola realtà che collabora con l’Istituto agrario più antico d’Italia o il pane fatto con grani antichi. In cucina utilizziamo solo l’olio di oliva della nostra azienda.
We offer our guests only the products of our farm as olive oil and vegetables fromour synergistic garden as well as local products of the highest quality from very small producers like the one who collaborates with the oldest Agricultural Institute in Italy.In the kitchen we use only the olive oil from our farm.
